Delete your data

There is no account

Promise never asks you to sign up or log in, and it keeps no data about you on any server. Everything the app saves (settings and movement history) lives only on your iPhone.

Delete everything from your iPhone

Delete the app: touch and hold the Promise icon, tap Remove App, then Delete App. This permanently removes all of its data from your iPhone. “Offload App” is different: it keeps the app's data.

If your iPhone is backed up to iCloud or a computer, an older backup may still contain the app's data until that backup is replaced or deleted in your iPhone or computer settings.

Cancel your subscription separately

Deleting the app does not cancel Promise Pro. Cancel in iPhone Settings › your name › Subscriptions.

Emails you sent us

If you contacted support and want that correspondence deleted, email support@movepromise.com from the same address with the subject “Delete my data”. We delete it within 30 days and confirm by email.
